Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the okbd platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support available through the website. okbd is an online gaming and sports betting service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and okbd.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the okbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. okbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use okbd you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. okbd is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the okbd platform. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of okbd or any of its software or payment providers.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the okbd platform. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised it.

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. A mixture of letters, numbers, and special characters is strongly recommended.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact okbd support immediately using the contact details listed on this site.
• okbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

Account balances held in a verified account in good standing are the property of the registered account holder. okbd does not permit the transfer of account balances between players or to any third party.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

okbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• A minimum deposit amount applies. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits.
• okbd may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a valid government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the okbd account holder. Third-party or anonymous funding is not permitted.
• All transactions are subject to the standard processing times of the chosen payment provider. okbd is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing timelines.

okbd employs SSL encryption across all transaction pages. However, you are responsible for ensuring you access your account from a secure, private device and network. okbd accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of an unsecured device or public network.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

okbd offers various promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts, false pretences, or exploitative betting patterns will be voided and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
• Bonus offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the platform's standard conversion process.
• okbd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have already claimed the offer.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the designated game specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement as stated in the offer terms.

Section 6

Gameplay, Fair Play, and Game Rules

All games on the okbd platform operate under certified fair-play standards. Casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are conducted with live dealers provided by licensed game studios. The following gameplay terms apply:

• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the platform. Disputes based on a player's disagreement with a result determined by a certified RNG or live dealer will not be upheld.
• Technical faults or disconnections during a game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund or replay. okbd will investigate and resolve such incidents on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is officially accepted by the platform. Accepted bets are confirmed via a unique bet reference number issued at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled early in the event of a major incident affecting the relevant match or event. okbd follows the rules of the relevant sport's governing body when settling disputed live markets.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotional offers.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the okbd platform's software, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Funding your account using payment methods not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Registering as a minor or misrepresenting your age or identity in order to gain access to the platform.

okbd cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

okbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or as a means of addressing financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to make use of the following responsible gaming tools available within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to help manage your spending.
• Self-exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via okbd support. During any self-exclusion period the account will be suspended and no deposits accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

okbd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages may occasionally occur and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the okbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of okbd or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of okbd. Unauthorised use of okbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

okbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbd will endeavour to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
